Roll over inner wrists, neck or any points on the body that feel good. Breathe deeply, taking a moment to focus on the scent and how you feel. Re-apply throughout the day as desired.
For a deeper connection, roll over palms and then cup hands over the face. Taking slow deep breaths to pause and inhale the scent.
